Neck fat...

I was a bit heavier when I was little. And when I had me growth spurt, it all evened out. Except for on my neck. So is there anything I can do to get rid of any of it?

Dear cmg1144, I grew up thinking my neck was as big as a tree trunk!! I had a chubby, creased neck, which of course I hated! I was uncomfortable with it most of my life, albeit my body was slender. In later years, I came up with a way to deal with this problem, and it actually worked! I developed a routine exercise for my head, shoulders and neck. I spent at least 10 minutes a day stretching my neck and shoulders. I’m not sure how to adequately explain this procedure, but you may carry out your own research on this. I hope you’ll come up with something that works for you!
