Im 5’2, and 170 pounds, I need a way to lose weight by summer, that doesnt make me starve

I was in the same position your in 5 months ago! all I can say is eat buy the food pyramid lots of water and exercise every day! and if somthing temting just get away and remind yourself why you wanted to do this. thats what I did, just belive in yourself and never give up! good luck

Just eat healthier. Don’t eat any fried foods just baked or whatever, drink lots of water, cut down on the junk food, cut down on the carbs that including bread, have between 5 to 6 small meals a day nothing to big (healthy). Exercise helps, don’t have to over work but just keep it at least 30 minutes a day. -um hope this helps, good luck =)

EAt healthy dont eat junk foods if your craving something sweet eat a fruit if you want to snack on something snack on fruit or vegetables, or fat free yogurt remeber to have a little bit of everthing like whole grains. fruits and veggies dairy products and meat exercise 1 hour or more every single day, and you will lose weight you can run. jog, play any sports you enjoy and exercise with someone else so it can be more fun
