Is something wrong with my twin sister?

Does she have unusual eating habits? I dont want to be alarmist here but you’ve mentioned a couple of things that tend to signal anorexia, low weight, missed periods, poor immune system…

It maybe something else though, 5 missed periods is not generally a good sign and she should probably see a doctor

well she only eats when she is hungry sounds silly but I mean like even if its lunch time she wont eat if shes not hungry and she makes a rule of not eating after 7 so it all counts on whether shes hungry before then

Just because she is your twin, doesn’t mean she will have all the same health issues you do - she’s still very much an individual.

It may be something as simple as an intestinal parasite. A tapeworm will result in a person losing weight even though they eat a lot. It would also leave her feeling tired, since it will sap most of her nutrients.

She really should see a doctor. A parasite is easy to get rid of, but if it’s something more serious, then wasting time thinking about it is a bad idea.

Every person is unique and different - if it is of great concern, have her see the family Dr for a check-up…Take care !!
