Your sister should contact the authorities… even if it happened when she was 5.

She should bring charges against him so that he doesn’t do it to anyone else.

It’s really tough that your mom doesn’t believe her. What mother wouldn’t believe her own child about something so serious?

I am a survivor as well. I was told that there was a statute of limitations when we went to the police station to get information. Would be interested in knowing if I was told wrong.
