My Question is about dieting
Do youll thank that their is a heath diet out there?
I dont think any diet is healthy.
The only good thing to do out there is to choose the right foods and the right amounts per day. Little changes like looking at calories and serving size can lead to incredible outcomes. Besides losing dress sizes, you’ll also look healthy. Instead of looking like an anorexic. Bleh… no one these days like an absurdly skinny woman.
You can always go online and look up healthy ways to getting fit. Or you can go to your local gym and speak to a trainer who can give you the best advice on food intake ^_^
