My Metabolism Question

I’m about 250 pds, and I am 6’1”. I don’t eat alot, but when I eat a small meal, it’s like eating a full course dinner because of my metabolism. I get my size from my grand father and I really, really hate it! Is there a way to speed up your metabolism without the use of pills, patches, or other objects? Is there something I can do to speed it up, like a certain type of excersize that would benefit my metabolism?

u can drink red bull drinks!! thast all i can tell you. I wish my metabolism would speed up too, but instead of making ur metabolism speed up-what about eating a little less. After eating less then usual for a couple of days, if u eat a lot for one day, ur metabolism does speed up, but only for a shot amount of time, but i does produce weight loss if u do it right.
