we like the same guy and this is my very best friend in the whole world, she told me that if he asked her out she would say no because she knows that I still like the guy(my ex). I told her the same thing. would this be the right thing to do? if I denied him just to keep a promise to my best friend?

Yes That Is The Right Thing To Do, My Best Friend Decided To Go Out With The Guy I Like, And I Hated Her For It. Although I Never Told Her How Much It Hurt Me, It Actually Does Inside. Deny Him, Always Put Friends Before Boys.
