My Diet Rule
ok can yall let me no if I am doing this deit right… In the morning I wake up at 7:00 a.m. and I eat sum honey nut cherrios or apple jacks sumtimes maybe toast with it but I aslo drink water with it or orange juice. For lunch at 12:00 I eat a yogart & apples w/ water, for dinner at 4:00 or 5:00 I would eat a salad or maybe a lean quizeen w/water or w/ green tea…and I countinue this diet with working out at least 3 to 4 times a day at the gym for 45 minutes of an hour. So what you think??? honestly!
I agree with gurug012 it sounds good
working out 3 to 4 times aday 45 minutes each time? I donno if I read that correctly, but thats insane, and unhealthy. working out is really important, I do it everyday, but don’t go over board with it.
