More teeth concerns/questions

If you have an adult tooth that might be starting to become loose, is there something the dentist can do to fix it? I mean I know if it’s REALLY noticeable and MAJORLY loose like what happens when you have a loose baby tooth that they probably can’t, but what if it doesn’t really “wiggle” it just almost feels like it might? Now I might just be paranoid since I’m scared that I’m going to have even more problems with my teeth before I get to the dentist, but I was just wondering about this. Would braces help to tighten your teeth if you have that problem? And which is better - invisable braces or the metal ones? If I ever did have to get them, I’m thinking of getting the clear kind. Not because of looks so much, but because they’re easier to care for and not painful unlike the metal braces. Any thoughts/comments/help here would be apperciated…

Well,If you feel and hit your teeth that also makes them come loose if its worse the dentist can accually take it out and maybe give you a fake tooth my friend had to do it .

So they can give a fake one if it DOES happen? Oh that’s good! lol What makes me wonder is my one tooth in the front feels weird sometimes. I put my thumb on it I don’t push, I just put it against it, and I “bump” it with my bottom teeth to test it and see if it’s loose. If it slightly “moves”, would that just be from the viberation of the teeth bumping? I never use to do that too much, but I’ve started flipping out that I’m going to have even more dental issues because I don’t want to loose all my teeth, so I’ve started doing it more =(

Don’t panic. I HIGHLY doubt you’ll loose all your teeth unless you take HORRIBLE care of them or your old since most old people have dentures lol. Anyway, it could very well just be a viberation effect. I would stop doing that though because even if it’s not loose now, by bumping the tooth with the bottom row COULD cause the tooth to become loose. Don’t bother it. Don’t even THINK of it! Keep your mind off it. That’s not a good way to “test” it since as I said it could eventually make it worse. As long as it’s not wiggling everywhere like a baby tooth does, I don’t think you have an issue with it yet. And yes, the dentist CAN make a fake tooth. Especially if it’s in the front, they’ll understand if you want a fake one to replace the old one so you don’t look “weird” or worry about smiling and stuff.
