I like both… MMA cus its more disiplined and in my opinion it takes more courage to do MMA. as its basically a planned brawl.

I love both but I gotta say mma…and why because not only do you got knock outs like in boxing but you have the excitement of seeing flying knees, spinning back elbows, triangle chokes, tap outs, passing out, great wrestling, judo throws oh and superman punches =)

ya I gotta say MMA. I’ve been doin it for a while and it never gits old. there is always something new you can learn and sooo many different ways to beat your opponent.
