How have military uniforms inspired modern fashion today?

I want to do my final research paper on this, but I need some help getting started on ideas and websites to refer too. Please help(: anything will be great <3

Here’s pictures from Vogue featuring military fashion which has the ‘military’ green. http://funadvice.com/r/160knref9td from the boots, hats, coats specially the brass buttons and trench coats seemed to come back in fashion too I tried to find my textiles book because we have to keep updated with the fashions and give you some ideas from my book, but I’ve left it at school just search ‘military fashion’ and you see a lot of patterns like I said the brass buttons etc. http://funadvice.com/r/160knrefbbg

A lot of guys wear camo even if they’ve never been in the military (or a hunter). I WAS in the Army, but I don’t wear camo today.

Some of those look kind of cute (some don’t at all), but I don’t think many women would wear that.

Well they are from Vogue and the catwalk, hardly anyone wears catwalk clothing but high street fashions usually do similar ‘copies’

The epaulettes that military people wear have definitely inspired fashion today because I see the style added to a lot of shirts these days and also military-inspired jackets with the buttons on the front have become a huge hit in the industry as well.
