Mexican fortune tree/pachira

My tree has started to get brown holes on the leaves what is this and how can I stop it happening?

thank you for your reply I dont think the leaves are dying because they are not yellowing or dropping off it does look like something is eating at it but what and how can I get rid of them?

a bug’s probably eating it or the leaves are just dieing. to stop it from dieing you could water it more. but not way to much to kill it.
