everyday take the time every day to write down one good thing about yourself. after a week, increase it to two things. after two weeks make it three things and so forth until you dont feel the need to anymore. this helps for me. you cant use the same thing twice

try to build you confidence. Get out of you comfort zone and try things you want to do but are scared of doing. This helps a lot with confidence.
