its hard to say, he probably wont be able to think sexual thoughts without being reminded of cutting his balls off, but im sure he’ll still have them, unless you alter the brain, men will remain as pigs.

Yeh I am sure they would still have all of the urges most men. It would depend on the emotional scars of getting their balls chopped off as to wether or not they would still be that excited! lmao
