Women get to blame everything once a month on PMS, men don’t have this anything to blame their bad moods on, or do they?

They have, “I’m exhausted so leave me alone”. At least that’s what I get.
When your wife gets moody from PMS, and then you get moody… blame it on her being moody from PMS, lol.
I think u guys do, it goes alone with a mid life crisis, I can’t remember the name of it though

Yea we do lol. I mean it’s not the same like girls get cramps,bloatin, nd watever else but for guys our hormones flare but that’s it.
I suppose not but sometimes it sure does seem like it!
Men also have this PMS like syndrome,particularly on full moon or on no moon ,when their mood swings .
That’s like menopause, not PMS.
