Hi all. I’ve recently heard somewhere that some men can have an orgasm without ejaculating. Is this true? If so, how is that possible? Does it feel the same???

One reason is that they are all out! they may have orgasm-ed enough times before and they did not reproduce enough sperm in time. Warning, because you dont see it doesn’t mean that its not there! This is NOT a safe sex trick. You can still get someone pregnant or get/give an STD..

Men who have had their prostate removed do not ejaculate when they have an orgasm. Except for the feeling of stuff coming out, it feels the same.

Also, some men have RETROGRADE EJACULATION where the semen goes into the bladder instead of out the urethra. This can be due to a deliberate attempt (tightening certain muscles - ps not good for the guy) or a physical or medical condition.
