meeting guy I met online...

there is this really cute guy I met on a dating website. im about to go meet him for the first time. and im really nervous how safe is it to meet someone you met online?

Well considering that he could be like a billion years older than what you think, tell him to meet you somewhere, (For example: At the foodcourt in the mall at 3:00 sharp whatever) then hide a little bit and look and see what he looks like and if he looks the correct age and whatnot.. Funmail me for more advice!

Well everytime you meet a person online you take a chance anyway. But when you meet them in person its risk. I’d say meet him some place public with a lot of people. Don’t let him drive, YOU ALWAYS DRIVE. And let a best friend know where you are and where you intend to be and what time you think you’l be home. that why if something goes down that friend can get to you. And if your plans change send a descreet text message letting that person know.

Bring pepper spray or mace with you at all times and be sure to let your mom dad and friends know where your going and maybe even tell your friend to watch over you incase hes a not who he seems i hope everything works out:)
