Medieval 2 total war cant get online

I cant get my to work online…I have the right cd key I know 100%, I have gamespy account, my firewall is off,my internet is good…this is the only game that gives me poop for online…when I try to get online it says failed to logon or connection lost…sometime I do get on but it kicks me and say connection lost right after I get on or 5mins after

I went on there sit and I made a mistake with my age lol I put in 1998 when I was born in 1988 and now they want my parents to sing the form to be able to use there site…soo im getting a friend to ask…thanks tho

Maybe there is something wrong with their system, they maybe doing updating or something. Just seems weird that it’s only happening with this game. Have you tried contacting them?
