Math question

if any one could help it would be awesome!!

Starting salary is 33,000$ with an annual rise of 4.3% of your starting salary. I have to come up with an linear equation to solve this.

The second one is… Starting salary is 26,000$ with an annual rise of 4.3% of your salary from the previous year. This one needs to be an exponential function.

Thanks for any help any one has!!

Answer #1

4.3x + 33,000

Answer #2

take 33,000 times 4.3. then add that to 33,000. then do the same thing with the second problem. (I think)
