Mascara VS Lashes

Ok, Here’s my problem: I love wearing cosmetics but my eyes have become super sensitive (probably due to Thyroid surgery 1 year ago). Anyway when I wear mascara after about an hour eyes start to hurt and tear up very badly. I have been thinking about trying lashes.

Any suggestions?

You can buy mascara that is made for sensitive eyes. My grandma has to wear it because she has the same problem as you. They work really well. I like to use mascara for sensitive eyes aswell. They arent hard to find or expensive. :)

If the mascara is bothering your eyes - chances are the lashes are going to bother you also. What kind of mascara are you using? I know when I use cheap mascara I have that problem. Also try using water-proof one’s because they tend to last longer and dont get into your eye as much.

Almay makes a hypo-allergenic mascara called Bright Eyes…Walmart and Walgreens both sell Almay products…Maybe try that??
