Marijuana and Depression

Well I was wondering what is the best thing to talk to quit smoking marijuana. Evertime I try to quit I get this really bad anxeity and start back up again. I am really confused on what to do? Is there anything “LIKE REAL HERBAL” remedys that I can take?

I heard there is something Called Seredyn and it can be combind with this other one called AMoryn please help me and give me full explanation from experience. Thank you.

This isn’t probably what you’re wanting to hear, either…but you may be suffering from an addiction to pot…Basically, you don’t like how you feel when you’re not smoking, so you “medicate” with pot…(alcohoics feel the same way when they have no alcohol in their system). There’s a good chance that you’re an anxious person by nature…but medicating with pot, would make you even more anxious when you’re not stoned.

If you want to try something “natural”, I suggest Yoga…the deep breathing that one does duing Yoga, is very relaxing (it rushes oxygen to the cells)…the exercises are also relaxing…slow movements into a “hold” patteren…as you advance, meditation and visualization is also taught…Yoga is a very natural healer of “what ails ya”…

Ok…now to go along with the above…have you thought about NA meetings? There’s no better support, than a group of people who are in the same “boat” as yourself. There’ll be people there who are kicking harder drugs, than pot, but addiction is addiction…It’s just a thought…for myself, having people around me, who were struggling to quit and stay quit, were a tremendous support system.

Drinking Tea, Helps. I am Bipolar I Don’t Have anxiety Attacks Really,

I Get Manic Often Though, So I Drink Tea And I Try a lot of Different Types of Herbs,

Of course I Only Do 1 Herb Per Cup, But If You want More it’s up To You,

Anyways I Mix Them With My Tea and It Taste Really Good And It calms Me down.
