If I choose to wear aqua eyeliner with my blue eyes, how can I make my other facial features, like my lips, pop out and become the center of attention?

The trick to wearing makeup is to make it look like you aren’t wearing any so you should just be happy about how you look.

Most people unfortunately look hideous with dark lips, I would say go with a bubblegum pink color or something very similar to your natural lip color.

dont use aqua or any form of blue if you have blue eyes, unless its a really dark navy. I would use black or a dark brown for blue eyes.

its going to be hard to outweigh the aqua eyeliner…I would try a more subtle color on your eyes and then like a plum or reddish color on your lips, or vice versa, do the eyes bright and lips not. I think if you have too much color on your face you’ll tend to look more like a clown.

first of all, if you want your lips to pop and be the center of focus on your face, use a more natural color eyeliner such as brown or black…you could also do away with the eyeliner completely, and just wear mascara to highlight your eyes we would suggest a peachy color for your lips, and they’re sure to stand out.
