Makeup drama

Hi. I have very greasy skin (only on my face) and it takes me AGES to put makeup on because I have to use various different oil-control things and let them dry and then when I do put foundation on, I have to take it off and put it on again because it goes all patchy and horrible looking. I tried not putting the shine control stuff on but that makes it really bad. When I’ve finally got my foundation on (I kid you not, it can take up to 2 hours) it only last about an hour before I have to use blotting paper. Is there any solution to this problem, because I just can’t find one, and everyone says I’m vain because I spend too much time on makeup, but that’s because no-one else I know has to deal with the shine all the time! Please help!

Well At Walmart Theres These Little Like Wipes And It Removes All The Extra Oil So Try That There Only Like 10 Bucks

I’ve had that problem actually - and I went to walmart and found a little thing of paper kind of pad things. It was wet, you didn’t put it in water, you just take it out of the flap and rub it on your face and it takes the oil off. I’m sorry I can’t tell you what brand it is or anything , but go to walmart and look down the purfume, and face cleansing aisle. It was in a tiny green thin box thing. I probably wouldn’t use oil’s and things or anything wet to wash your face right before you put on make-up. It also depends on what kind of foundation you use. If you use a liquid, that makes it a lot worse! I use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. It’s really neat and doesn’t make me face oily or anything. Try using that. You have find it in a lot of stores, but I get mine from … walmart. lol. It works wonders, after putting on my matte mousse, I don’t put any kind of power foundation or anything , I just put blush on then I’m done.
