You can’t , they actually do not provide that service.

But I could suggest to you to try Converse, they do provide that option on their website.

you cant really make skate shoes yourself unless you had all the right materials and the proper work place and equiptment to put them together. other than that you cant really but they dont cost that much, or if you cant afford them look around at op-shops and things, a lot of the time people throw out almost everything, and every now and then there brand new!
