Make pants longer

I have a pair of pants they are 98%cotton 2% spandex And I just wanted to know if there is a way I could make them a bit longer with Out sewing them together I heard about wetting them and then pulling put anyone else have ideas?

It’s possible to stretch them by pulling, but they’ll only shrink back after laundering - it’s not a permanent solution

The only thing you can do is let out the hem…other than that, there’s really nothing you can do to make them longer without adding material
