definetly mac dre!!
Too short…for one, Mac Dre had limited influence…Too Short’s “Biiitch”…his “trademark” usage of the word has been imited by dozens of rappers, comedians, singers, etc…it’s his deal.
Plus, “life is too short” or “the ghetto”…you can listen to those, today, and they’re still relevant…I can’t think of a single Mac Dre song that gets as much air time on the radio from 20 years ago.
Last…Mac Dre didn’t use a live band to record any of his albums, too short did. While that’s not indicative of his “rapping” ability, it is to me indicative of how important he viewed the music part of the songs…which is a huge deal.
