Lucid Dreaming and such

I’d like to dream about this guy that I like. I know that if you think about something a lot, especially before bed, you can dream about it, but I’ve tried and this has only happened a few times and not intentionally, lol. I know this question sounds kinda weird, but how to I dream about this guy?

I believe that by you putting too much emphasis on ‘Dreaming about this one particular guy” your brain ,is sendig you messages through yr dreams about WHY you soo badly want to dream about this guy…If all you think about. is this one person all-day then your brain should automatically create this person in your dreams whilst your asleep
