“love at first sight” is really Lust at First sight.

You meet someone, like what you see, go on a date etc etc and then maybe you fall in love. ( still waiting for Cupid to plant his love arrow on my bottom!! )

I do not believe one can fall in love with someone “at first sight” unless your living inside a mills and boons novel :-P

Yes I do believe in it. I was with my Love at first sight for 21 plus years. Then he passed away from a heart attack. Not only was he super cute but very good man. I was blessed.

I believe the ‘first sight’ aspect is simply infatuation which evolves into love. Love at first sight just wouldn’t be right :D. For me I thin love comes over time and is something that both people have to earn. Looks can often be deceiving, so I don’t think a glance/ stare can be related to love in this context… But that’s just my opinion, lol.

It is absoluetly up for debate.

There might be something you see in another person that makes you immediatly fall for them, but I would rather get to know the person more before I made my mind up.
