What should I do for exercise?

im 5’4 and i weigh around 170..obeese much? i need to loose alot of weight i want to be around 130. i don’t have acess to a gym or nothing so what so i do for excersize?

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat! There could be two different 170s you’d be dealing with here..

Do you exercise much anyway? Walking really is great and effective. I love running as well. See if you can’t find some kind of professional that you can call to help you on what your body needs. That way, since there’s no gym near you, perhaps you could order equipment online? It can be pricey but you’re not going for the Governator look!

Whatever you pick, remember to stick to that schedule every day. You don’t have to do much at first, build up to it. Music helps, like the person above said, bring an Mp3 or CD player. It totally keep you distracted from getting tired and, for me, it pumps me up more and makes me wanting to go further.

You could try the Tony Fergussion diet.. This diet has been proven over and over again. As for excercise WALKING is fantastic. Thirty Minutes a day will not only lift your spirits but take off any excess kilos you want.

NOTE: Set a routine for yourself. Try and go the same time on a daily basis, or grab a friend to do it with you. Carry a mp3 with you and you wont realize how far you walk.
