Losing Weight but not seeing a difference

I’ve recently changed the way I eat and I’ve been exercising everyday and so far I’ve lost 17 pounds, but I can’t tell. I’m just going by the scale. Others say that I’ve lost weight but does anyone have an idea as to why I don’t see any changes?? :(

Thanx 4 your help!!!

You’ve probably gained muscle… I think that when you’re exercising the way you are, you’ll probably reach a point when you actually gain weight… but that’s a GOOD thing. It definitely means that any fat you had has become muscle. That’s what happened to my husband anyway. It could be different with you.

turning fat into muscle is the more likely & common option unless you sit around doin nothing all day, but you said you excersize so you probably have turned it into muscle, you probably havent noticed it because your used to seein urself everyday so your eyes play tricks on u, its like watching a baby grow, if you see it every day it doesnt look like its gettin any bigger but if you dont see it for like a week then next time you see it it will look bigger.
