How can you lose weight without starving yourself?

im trying to lose like 20 punds by thanksgiving any ideas besides starving myself

Do exercise it’s the best thing to be healthy and fit. Exercise like walking, swimming; go to GYM, etc….

You can’t lose 20 lbs by Thanksgiving. it’s possible to lose 10 lbs by the end of this year (with muscles weighing more than fat cells), and the only way to do that is by exercising daily. Yeah, you must’ve heard that a thousand times. That’s because the only thing that works.

And starving is your body’s response to not eating. I don’t know, it just makes sense to me that starving is therefore bad.

starving urself isnt bad but if ur not in with that then eat lots of vegies! =)

starving yourself is not the answer you`ll gain the weight back on. start small like slowly elimanating junk food. dont start out too big like taking away everything. it wont work. cut out the juices, it will reallly work :] sign up for classes that you have to go to… perferablly more than once a week. youll be obligated to go. things like dance classes, regular fitness classes… hope I can help!

dont starve,youll gain weight when you started eating again. just eat a lot of fruits,it will keep your mind of junk food. eat less carb and fats.
