crunches are no good dont do them

Look up these excercises for your abs (also for abs or getting rid of belly fat its more of a diet than workin them out, you need a low bodyfat% for them to show its like 7-9% I think) -The Plank

  • Leg raises

there a lot better and more effective

and for your thighs and legs, running, running is real good for your legs helps shape them,a bike machine is good too
