Why do I lose one sock when sleeping almost every night?

usually my hands and feet r always cold

Mine r to cuz of bad circulation and I’m anemic, and I do the exact same thing, when I sleep I guess my body temp goes up, I end up with one sock off to :-)

your’re not even suppose to be wearing socks when goin to sleep because it weakens your eye sight.

That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard in my life. Use your brain! How could it possibly affect your eyesight?

You should try either not wearing socks to bed, or letting your feet stick out of the covers when you fall asleep. I hate wearing socks (and most other articles of clothing) when I sleep, and if I fall asleep with them on, they will most definitely be off by morning. Your body wants to maintain its temperature while you sleep, thats why in winter, you will find sometimes that you have curled up, while in summer, you often end up with your sheets all messed up. Also sometimes during the summer, you will be so hot that you won’t want a blanket, but it is common to wake up and be cold, because the temperature reaches a low point and your body hs not been active, causing you to be quite chilly. I think your feet probably get really hot when you not only have socks on, but a blanket covering them, so like I said, your best bet is probably not to wear them. @alex: you’re either a) really dumb or b) really rude. theres always the third option of being right, but I don’t think I’ve seen any research to support that.
