my best friend always says shes fat I dont think she is but do you have an idea for her to loose weight faster she tries diets and runs sometimes she does football with me and does a weight watch video thing but she dont anymore because she ses it takes for ages we are both 13 I tell her she ent fat but she insists she is so I just want her to be happy please help xx

Hi siany,

a lot of women feel uncomfortable or self conscious for many reasons and the easiest way to target this frustration is usually to focus it upon our weight. The problem may not be that she is actually obese or over weight but that she feels theres certain parts of her body that she does not like which are usually the parts around the waist, the thighs or bum. The best way to tackle this is not to actually lose weight as of such (even though eating healthy and exercising daily is a great idea for every day happiness as this will help not only make the body healthier, happier and stronger but the mind too!) focus on toning the bad areas. She can enlist the help of a personal trainer or just get a home abdominal machine to tone the waist and bum areas :)

None of the diets work, trust me I have tried all of them. Your friend should do lots of exercise. Drink 2L water a day, Eat 2 pieces of fruit (any except bananas), dont eat chococlates, ect. and try to eat lots of salads. Hope this helps mail @ funmail me if you want anymore.

first tell your friend no to diet but instead eat foods that are healthy and not consist of too much fat..diet will not be good for her the fact that she is only 13…growing teens need to eat right to be strong and healthy.. so heres a tip..do dAILY EXERCISE just make it sure you burn the fat out ;)
