How can I improve my hair, skin, and teeth?

I want to look better for school in there areas -hair -skin -teeth

Ok so I would like my hair to be shinier, and have more body

I would like my skin to be less red

And I tried a teeth whitening strip (they’re not yellow I just wanted to try it) and it made a small color diffrence on my gums.

Any help on improving these?

For your hair try pure coconut oil as a hair mask for 15 minutes every 3 days.

For the red use a gel filled eyemask or cool cloth for 20 minutes each morning.

And for teeth smashed strawberries and baking soda together are natural whiteners.

LMAO ok, well first you shud ues condictioner ,like the ones that say “ shine hair” and if you put get also it looks shinyy , and your skin juss stay that way, skin is just skin , and your teeth? brush 3 times a day, mouth wash helps too .

drink plenty of water for your skin and mosturise day and night. for your hair dont wash it everyday, and milk is said to be exellent on hair. teeth, drink acidy drinks like orange juice, coke ect.. through a straw and cut down on coffee/tea because it stains the teeth… hope it helps :) these are my gran’s tips lol

Try to use a product in your hair like “glass” by redken for example, or try a malibu treatment. You may have a lot of build up on your hair. Plus that will make your hair softer.

for your skin just use regular lotion your teeth brush them with a whitning toothpaste and about your hair I don’t know
