What should I do about my living situation?

I am 19 and I live at home with my mom.. I plan on going back to college but need to pay for it myself. I can’t stand being at home with my mom. I hate drugs and alcohol and that is all that goes on at my house. I have no one else I can go live with and I can’t afford an apartment. I am looking for a job so I can bring in some income. What should I do? What would you do in my situation?

I think you are on the right path by looking for a job and going back to college. You can also get a room mate after you have some sort of income, so that way the living expenses would be less.

Is your mother taking drugs and alcohol? Maybe first you should get your mom some help, It must be horrible to see that. I’d get a job, and rack up some money. Its so awesome your trying to get your life together :) Good luck!
