I dont think so? like people sell dogs on Kijiji and stuff. unless ur a breeder i dont think u need a license to sell one dog no matter the price

Personal commerce is still pretty much free. You should have them (your dogs) certified with the AKC or any other of various breeding registries. You’ll sell more if you can prove your breed with papers and a fancy looking certificate.
