Letting my second home

I have a flat that I part own, and the other owner rented the flat without my permission and didnt inform me. Is this legal?

Do you have a contract with this person stating that you must be informed of such changes, or that all decisions must be made by both of you?

If not, then because he owns part of the flat, he can make these decisions without you, just as you can do so without him.

It is bad business on his part, but he’s not done anything that’s not in his legal right to do.
