less severe form, or what?

yesterday I felt really dizzy, and I got hot and started shaking. I felt like I was going to barf. my palms got sweaty and I hot hotter. in a few minutes it went away. people say it was an anxiety or panic attack, but I thought for those it was supposed to be hard to breathe when your having one. was it just like a less severe form of it or something/ what was it? and should I see a doctor.?

maybe you were about to faint or pass out/black out probably from the heat or from dehydration or exhaustion the shaking im not to sure about though your probably fine however it would be good to see a doctor and describe what happened and how you felt as he/she could probably tell you what happened
