yeah they are still in. but depends what you wear them with. (NOT with shorts.)

they are in but it depends. like with cute dresses, vintage, that stuff its cute. with like levi shorts it weird.

they are IN. just in a new way. metallic leggings and such are trying to be pushed forward in the fashion world

theyre out well ALL black leggings seem so childish and not cool, so those are out I like pruplr ones but I dont wear them.

Leggings look very attractive and cool. You can wear top, cardigan, kurti with leggings. Girls & women look very stylish in leggings. I like to wear black color leggings the most.
