Can my parents not let me live with them?

I’m going to explain. And I don’t want pity. I need help is all.

I’m a mature fifteen year old, who’s looking to move out of her house. I’m verbally and physically abused. My parents are very two faced.

My sister left about a year ago into foster care. CFS left me here. Now my friend knows what I’m going through. (S)he has informed her/his parents against my willing. But it’s turned for the best. They’ve offered me a place to live till I’m 18. I’m going to take this opportunity. But I have questions.

  1. Can my parents not let me live with them?
  2. Am I of age to make a choice in where I live?
  3. Will there be court or any formal event to deiced my living? If you do know of anymore information please let me know. :)

_note, I originally came to this site from google searching if anyone had any stories that I can relate to and I found nothing. I need this help.

if your’re 18, you can do what you want. from the sounds of it, you have too get out. I went through it. you got any family that will let you live with them? it may not seem like it’s right, but way better than living alone…trust me…
