You shouldnt, they are oly supposed to be left on a certain amount of time, any prolonged period of time can clog your pores or cause your skin to get irritated.

You really shouldnt unless it’s the type that says it’s ok. You will seriously irritate your skin, and use the wrong one and you can end up with burn marks (I have sensitive skin, so been there, done that, from simply leaving it on a half an hour, I cant imagine a whole night).
