How to correct a lazy eye?

Really Random-

I’ve noticed in some of my pictures this past year that my left eye always seems to be not as open as my right! Its really starting to drive me insane, because I have never had this problem before! In some pictures it looks as if my left eye is open and my right is squinted. Am I being paranoid about it, and is it common? Is there anyway to corect my “lazy eye”? And what causes this!?

Answer #1

There are a number of conditions that can cause a droopy eyelid. You should get an eye exam. If you have a good optometrist they can probably diagnose your problem but if you require surgery or treatment you will probably need to see an opthalmologist. If you don’t have an optometrist you trust than schedule an appointment with an opthamologist.

Answer #2

I dont think its anything to worry about. You need to go to the optitions though so they can tell you that it defintely is a ‘lazy eye’ and they will tell you how to deal with it.

Answer #3

you should only be worried if the eyelid starts to get in your line of vision.
