lack of communication skills

hey I have issues communicating I just have nothing to talk about. can somebody give me like a list of what kinds of things I can bring up when im in a crowd? like I usually just keep my mouth shut but I do want to talk I mean everybody seems to have something to say or show or they seem so busy I’ve got nothing going on so what can I say? and usually when I do say something I make sure its not like stupid or I don’t know but someone always ends rolling their eyes at me

Talk about something funny that happened to you that day, or ask people questions. People love to talk about themselves. It’s a fact. That could get a whole conversation started.
