Kim chi

Hello, I once had kimchi filled with a kind of radish I cant find anywhere here in germany it was soft but really sour. does anyone know the right name for it so I can buy it. lots of thanks. Medusa.

Kimchi? Isn’t that korean? Is there a korean or east-asian neighborhood near you? A market there? A restaurant? If you find a korean, they will probably be happy to tell you where you can find it and appreciate the interest.

I don’t know I think that might’ve been a mixed radish but I’ve’e been wrong before

hahah KOREAN right here haha thats called SHIn Kim CHi which means its not been made right there its been fermented longer so it kinda “ROtts” that you just buy kim chi and let it in your fridge for a while same for any other kim chis there is at least 10 I can think of in my head email me if you need more idea
