Kid models

Do you think is right to get your 3 year old son into modeling ??? Ii mean he’s not old enough to choose if that’s what he really likes But ii know most celebrities start very young and usually as models So what do you think ???

Answer #1

Yes – If he can have fun doing it. If it becomes a chore that he doesn’t like, then No.

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

If my son truly wanted to be a model at age 3, I would let him give it a shot.

Although, as soon as the temper tantrums started, the bad behaviour started, the selfisness, the money hungry, brat type attitude came out. I’d pull him back out of it.

I am in the same boat… people have asked about putting my daughter into modelling. She will be three in March. I agree with everyone else, as long as he is having fun and seems to enjoy it, I say go for it. The only thing I dont want to happen is it end up taking so much time away from us time.

However I was a dancer and started at a 2 and I started training full time at about 4 years old. I was going about 35 hours a week, and I loved every minute of it. My mom constantly tried to get me to cut back but I always seemed to take more classes.

I can understand why a parent would want a 3 year old to do modeling. You make good money and so you have a good start with a college fund. However, when the child becomes old enough they should ab able to choose if that is the path they want to proceed down, or if they would like to try something else. Education is still the most important to me. I think that you need to go to school and learn so that you can be sucessful if modeling/acting/singing falls through.

I agree
