I have a judgement against me in texas can they they legally take my only house and property from me?

if you file bankrupty you can still keep you house just make payments on what you owe…however that is in Illinois…check your law books…

Check your Homestead Laws in Texas…you might to file a homestead exception or something…to protect it.
