Can you join the coast guard with only your GED?

My bf wants to join so i just want to know if he can.

You boyfriend could certainly join the army, or probably the other parts of the millitary, but the Coast Guard is pretty hard, I’d imagine he can, but it would be a little tough.

I don’t think u can, u must have a high school diploma, other parts of the military he cud join though

i dont think so,, you need to be a certified bronze medallion swimmer, or life gaurd, and you need to have full first aid and cpr training, and im sure there are other qualifications you need too.
