Best advice is post it on here and the largest number of people will be able to look through it and give you feedback. I’ve gone through job applications with my dad when he was looking for a manager, and a couple of things you dont want to do. Don’t make it too long, seriously people are busy and they have stuff to do. If you have a 10 page application, it’s going to be ignored. Be concise and get to the point. Your language skills are going to be looked at. How well you speak. How well you convey your point. Spelling. Seriously stuff with spelling errors will be thrown out. If you can’t be bothered to check your job application carefully, no one is going to trust you with their work. Obviously the person with the most work experience was always high on the list as is the person with the most education. Talk about the work experience. Tailor your application to the job you are seeking. Research the company, that will boost your application by a lot. It shows initiative, dedication, and basically someone who is really interested in finding a job.

well… i can tell you right now, that if you use that kind of broken-slang on any application, a real business wouldnt hire you. Nobody would take you seriously for that matter. I’m not trying to be a jerk, but you have to at least sound intelligent.
