How do I make sure that the item I ordered on GameStop is pre-ordered?
i preordered a game on gamestop, it says its status is “open”, i clicked on it and it came up with a list of different statuses and their descriptions, one said “preorder”, so shouldnt my status be set to “preorder”? i preordered it but it says “open”.
Call the exact store that you pre-ordered it from, or send an email directly to the gamestop and see if you have a transaction number or something in there that proves that you bought it and so they can identify it.
